The-Greens The Greens at Hartland – Bowling Green’s premier condominium development in the popular Hartland neighborhood was designed by Anderson Engineering in 1996.  Our engineering work on the project considered and created maintenance-free living and urban convenience alongside comfortable and park-like surroundings.
ridgewood2 RidgewoodA flagship model for single-family subdivision development in Warren County, Ridgewood was constructed in 1988. Our team is still proud of this innovative layout with its winding streets, underground utilities, and off-site storm drainage basins. The signature pine tree border flanks the boulevard entrance and is one of the many reasons that Ridgewood continues to be one of Bowling Green’s most desirable neighborhoods.
woodland-station Woodland Station – Woodland Station was redesigned in 2008 from a dense, single-family subdivision to a more modern and desirable blend of upscale condominiums and single family homes.  Our work included a realignment of proposed structures and lot lines with existing homes, utilities, sidewalks and right-of-ways to maximize versatility for the developer while maintaining a feel of community.  The new footprint eliminated repetitive appearances and incorporated alternative residential opportunities for today’s market.


 Northridge – Northridge, one of Warren County’s largest subdivisions, was designed by Anderson Engineering in 2002 to meet the demand for affordable housing for working families.  Many features usually reserved for more exclusive neighborhoods like underground utilities, curbs and gutters, and sixty-two acres of open space located in six parks throughout the development make Northridge the most unique and fastest growing neighborhood in Warren County.


West HavenA Planned Unit Development, West Haven was designed by Anderson Engineering in 2006. West Haven proposes a blend of retail, residential, commercial and industrial uses along Russellville Road and Memphis Junction Road.  Our plan, approved unanimously by the City-County Planning Commission, offers the Walnut Grove community an attractive alternative to the growing retail sprawl along Russellville Road.  Coordinated entryways and building facades, along with landscaping and improved streetscapes, will enhance the community while providing services and homes for neighborhood residents.
